What is RealtyX?
The concept of RealtyX is a pilot, evolving and learning platform where the community come together to share and learn about decentralised autonomous organisations (\"DAOs\"), real-world assets (\"RWA\") structures and scenarios under different regimes.
Through a series of structuring, each property interest is held by a trust and in turn, governance tokens are issued and held by the property specific special purpose decentralised division (\"SPDD\") where RealtyX Foundation execute and manages the project interest for and according to SPDD members\' directions and instructions.
